CAN I RETURN MY ORDER
While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be fully satisfied! We offer Sussies store credit for any return made within 7 days of purchase! This store credit never expires and can be used towards any item, with the exception of custom orders, on Shop Sussies!
SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We know that sometimes you need a last minute gift so we are glad to offer you free shipping! We also offer free local delivery within 10 miles of our office within 2 business days of purchase. Please note that when selecting local delivery as shipping method, Sussies is not held responsible for lost or damaged goods. We will ring upon arrival, but your purchase will be left on porch or in mailbox, if someone is not available to answer. Please contact lauren@shopsussies.com if you would like to schedule a designated delivery time and we will do our absolute best to coordinate with you!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay!
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT SAYS "BRB"?
BRB means this product is currently on its way to us! If something that you LOVE is currently out of stock, you can pre-purchase your item and we will ship it out to you as soon as it's back!
CAN I GET MY GIFT WRAPPED?
Absolutely! For just a $5 fee, any item can be beautifully wrapped.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
